This recipe was a gift from a friend for helping her with her an engineering project. Serve with milk or suffer the consequences.
Preheat oven to 375F and butter an 8in. baking pan (or skillet). Melt chocolate and butter in a double boiler (glass bowl over a pot works well) working a very light simmer where the chocolate should not get hotter than 110F. Remove from heat and whisk in sugar, then eggs. Sift cocoa powder over mixture and whisk together. Pour into pan (or skillet) and bake for 25min or until the top has formed a thin crust. Cool the cake for 5 mins and then invert onto a seving plate. Optional: Dust with extra cocoa or powdered sugar and serve with some milk.
